This study introduces a blockchain-based system, RIVIMS, designed to enhance security, reliability, and predictive analytics in veterinary clinic information management. The system integrates Hyperledger Fabric to secure clinic data and employs machine learning techniques to analyze appointment data for improved decision-making. Predictive analytics are used to optimize resource planning, such as medical supplies and staff scheduling. Performance evaluation using Hyperledger Caliper and machine learning metrics (MAE, RMSE, R2 score) demonstrates the system’s efficiency and robustness in delivering improved healthcare services.
